Can I cancel or refund my order
We do offer refunds, and exchanges on orders provided the conditions are met.
What are the conditions for returning items?
Items must be new, never worn, never washed and with tags still attached. Items that do not meet our expectations will not be accepted. You first have to contact us on the CONTACT tab on the website or our email info@khimaarsa.com. Once your return request has been accepted, you will have 3 days to ship your package. After this deadline, the return request will automatically be cancelled.
How do I pay the return shipping costs?
Shipping costs are to your expenses and will be deducted upon the refund.

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

When will I be refunded?
The refund will only be made after the reception of your package and the confirmation from us that everything is in order. The refund times will vary depending on your bank.
Q: Can I return or exchange a gift that was purchased for me?
A:Unfortunately there are no returns or refunds available for gifts. We can exchange the item provided that it is no later than 30 days. Shipping costs are at the customers expense to exchange and resend the requested exchange.

I made a mistake in my delivery information, resulting on my package returning to sender/ being lost. What do I do?
If your package has returned to us or is lost due to an error on your part. Khimaar.SA will not be held responsible. If the package has been returned to us, we can send it back to you, but you will be responsible for the delivery costs (price according to your region). My package has been lost, stolen, damaged by the shipping company, what should I do?
Khimaar.SA is in no way responsible for the loss, theft or damage of your package by the shipping companies. We try to send your packages in sturdy packaging, but we cannot be held responsible. My package is taking a long time to arrive, I would like a refund, is this possible?
Abnormal delivery times are not a valid reason to request cancellation and full refund of the order, Sometimes it may take longer than expected due to delays. In the event there is a delay, you will be informed. However, if you wish to return your order to us after it has been received, it is possible. I ordered items and wish to cancel, can I ?
Once you have placed the order and checkout your cart, we then shortly book your delivery with the shipping company which can not be cancelled. You will be charged a courier fee plus a 20% handling fee upon the refund for ecommerce fees.
